This is the most amazing travel agent experience I’ve ever received. Nancy not only had an immense amount of patience with me, (a Disney newbie), but with our entire family, all with different needs, requests, and TONS of opinions. She was beyond kind, responsive and coached me through managing our travel plans through hurricane Irma. She waited on hold for over 7 hours to change our reservation - and rebooked our dining for us! And...when we had some issues at our resort, Nancy insisted that she handle it for us and not only fixed all the issues, but fought for us to have some fairy dust in the ways of dining credits and fast passes.
